This single grape variety grappa is produced with the marcs of the Balciana grapes and has a very persistent and intense scent. It is pleasingly soft on the palate and not “burning”, with the distinctive primary aromas of the overripe grapes.
A great companion at the end of a meal, even better if enjoyed with dark chocolate… and good conversation.
